Value Engineer - Manufacturing Software (f/m/d)

You will accompany the customer value journey for our SaaS product IQA from beginning to end leveraging your tech savvy and business acumen. As a Value Engineer, you will be at the forefront of changing the manufacturing industry through next-level lean management practices while championing sustainability. As a crucial link between the Growth and Customer Success Teams you will:

• Accompany our clients for the entire customer value journey with IQA, from the first software demo through the pilot phase to roll-out
• Identify the most pressing customer needs early in the process and communicate how IQA will help to solve these
• Accompany the pilot phase as well as the IQA roll-out and build a strong and trusted relationship with the customer
• Use your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customer
• Promote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
• Influence ONIQ’s product strategy incorporating client feedback and ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends

• Strong relationship-building skills, outgoing and communicative personality
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our digital solution IQA
• Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions
• Strong customer and sales focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Several years of experience working in production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, or similar 
• Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings or industry events on occasion
