Our Production Excellence Software IQA combines deep expertise in production management and lean methodologies with state-of-the-art technology in AI, process mining, and data analytics. This enables us to support industrial customers in making their production processes more efficient and sustainable, helping them remain competitive in challenging times.

We are strongly committed to diversity and our company culture, fostering an environment of authenticity, integrity, and respect.As a working student, you will support our Customer Growth Team which guides our customers along their complete sales journey - from the first point of contact to the full implementation of our IQA software. Your tasks may include:

Supporting the preparation and analysis of customer data
Assisting in customer projects and identifying optimization potential in production processes using our software IQA
Simulating production data using Python for our customer demo
Evaluating data on customer usage behaviour within our software
Logging bugs and product requirements into the backlog based on customer feedback

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility
Enthusiasm for digital transformation and a willingness to familiarize yourself with a software product for production processes
Enrolled in at least the third semester of a degree program in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Python/Data Science; experience with pandas is a plus
Previous exposure to production processes is advantageous
Excellent language skills in German and English (C1 level)
