Your responsibilities include: Expertly managing kitchen section, ensuring top-quality dishes and presentation. Collaborating with chefs and staff, delivering exceptional dining experiences. Assisting in menu innovation and development, while maintaining concept alignment. Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity. Setting gold standards in health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP). Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and culinary. 4+ years' high-level hospitality experience. Ability in leading and motivating kitchen staff effectively. Autonomous order fulfilment capability. Ability to contribute with innovative ideas to menu development.
