Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity. Setting gold standards in health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP). Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and culinary. 2+ years' high-level hospitality experience. Ability in motivating pastry staff effectively.
