As a Rooms Division Manager you're always open and available with a friendly smile for your team or to meet every need of our guests ensuring they have the best experience with us. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the daily operations of all departments of the hotel.
• Supporting your teams to ensure everything is going smoothly.
• Making sure all shifts are covered by planning and communicating the team's roster in time.
• Be responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are achieved.
• Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and maintain departmental highest level of standards.
• Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
