At Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Il Porticciolo Restaurant

This is a seasonal full-time position reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of F&B.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality and exemplary service.

Among the main responsibilities:

-          Direct the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction

-          Supervise, train and develop the team (10 associates)

-          Maintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service team

-          Work closely with the EAM in charge of F&B and the Chef

-          Contribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue

• Consolidated experience in the role
• Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels
• Fluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial
• Strong leadership skills
• Be service oriented and guest focused
