Discipline Leader of the Renewable Gas Layout and Piping team in Milano office:

• Contributes to defining and implementing the department's strategy
• Leads a diverse team and plans resource allocation for employees in the group
• Cross checks and approves technical documentation, supports project execution
• Actively tracks budgeted hours and costs with their team members
• Manages the hiring process and develops individual employee career paths
• Develops guidelines and specifications for defined subject areas
• Establishes internal guidelines and directives for the group

• Engineering Degree or technical diploma
• 3+ years of experience in the role of Layout Group Leader for EPC projects
• Solid technical background, good process, product and plant knowledge.
• Extensive experience in piping discipline
• Decision-making, leading and communication skills
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills
