THE ROLE
As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Sales and Merchandising Planning office. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales performance, conducting weekly analyses for management, preparing detailed reports, and addressing analysis requests from all brands within the Group.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Launch and analyze various reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using company systems and programs. Develop and support weekly reports, including sales analysis, sell-through rates, best sellers, store rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in sales campaigns and assist with order reviews alongside Sales Managers and the Product Merchandising team, providing numerical insights. Conduct Sell-in analysis during sales campaigns. Process and analyze global merchandising data, monitoring key metrics such as sell-through percentages (ST%) and stock levels. Handle specific ad hoc analysis requests from top management. WHO YOU ARE
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong quantitative focus. Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, coupled with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English is mandatory. REWARDS & BENEFITS
