The Project Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing teams in operational, organisational, and administrative activities, contributing to the implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of projects and assists in the management of reports, databases, and tools that support sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 

• Plan and coordinate contractual aspects, liaise with event management agencies, and handle administrative and documentation activities related to events and marketing initiatives, including internal approvals and record management in compliance with company procedures.
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams in the implementation of commercial activities and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and manage promotional materials and sales support tools.
• Coordinate the organizational and logistical aspects of events, congresses, meetings, and medical education programs.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and update reports, databases, and tracking tools to support Sales and Marketing activities.
• Manage processes related to product evaluations and demo units in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Compliance to ensure the effective and compliant execution of activities.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in compliance with structured procedures and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in common computer applications and digital tools.
• Basic knowledge and practical use of AI tools to support operational activities and information analysis.
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Marketing Support, or Event Management roles.
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work effectively within teams and in cross-functional environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events or training activities.
