Sales Associate (Categoria Protetta - Legge 68/99) - Boutique Bologna

GENERAL ROLE The Sales Associate contributes to the business of the store and to the quality of service to customers by ensuring an optimal management of the store's daily sales activities to support selling teams. He/She provides the most memorable customer experience to develop sales and build long lasting relationships with clients through heartfelt and bespoke attention, with highest integrity. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES * Support customers providing all type of information, including aftersales product care suggestions; * Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through a proper client discovery and a bespoke experience in order to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships; * Collect and update client data, in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures; * Receiving and processing all incoming products, including returns; * Labelling and sorting items by category; * Organizing all stock spaces, ensuring tidiness and efficiency, in order to optimize flows and facilitate the Sales Team; * Effecting replenishment of products in every area, maintaining an organized environment; PROFILE * Experience of at least one year in a similar job or in store environment, preferably in companies operating in the Retail / Luxury Goods; * Fluency in Italian and English; * Proficiency with excel and IT Tools; * Willing to work with a part time contract; Hermès engages positive and passionate people who own the following requirements: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service orientation; * Team player mentality to build meaningful relationships and ability to work autonomously; * Availability, flexibility and dynamism to function in a high-pace environment; * Determined to be part of a people centric retail project, for which is required vocation for human values, passion and a strong aesthetic sense.
