Descrizione Lavoro - Sales / Customer Service

What you will do

The Business Development Engineer (BDE) is the supporting function to ensure a strong growth with automotive OEM/OES, to support spec-in activities and customer project management for key initiatives across customers and partners. BDE will be responsible for resolving technical challenges to ensure long-term and sustainable business with key customers.

Main functions:

  • Technically convince defined target customers of new tesa solutions during considering phase.
  • Spec-in Management: Implement new tesa solutions at customer and ensure a smooth SOP.
  • Establish and use network at Technical Centre OEM/OES but also internal equipment suppliers and converters partner.
  • Solve technical pain points at defined target customers while using tesa solutions and ensure that tesa products meet the technical customer requirements.
  • Technical presales activities for new tesa solutions to increase probability for a successful market entry.
  • Support to sales team in deployment of new product launches
  • Ensure local implementation of KAP in collaboration with RKAM.
  • What you will need

  • minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or/and technical with a good knowledge of automotive companies and the market
  • Highly motivated recent graduates who have completed internships in the automotive industry will also be considered.
  • Fluent in Italian, additional English proficient level required (at least B2). Knowledge of French can be a plus.
  • University Degree (engineering, business administration).
  • Excellent communication skills and talented networker.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills, strong customer focus, result oriented, flexible, and able to positively respond to change.
  • High interest in technical applications
  • Team player able to communicate and work at various levels of an organization.
