As the leading solution for Practice Management & Patient Engagement, we are looking for an Sales Development Representative (all genders) to join our growing Sales Team.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our platform, and supporting deal closures.
You will report to your Team Lead and work closely with our Inside Sales Team, who will support you throughout the sales process and during the final stages of contract closing.
What You'll Do:
Create Opportunities – Be the first point of contact with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities.
Strategic Prospecting – Use cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to generate a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team.
Manage the Sales Funnel – Qualify leads and ensure every opportunity moves forward in the sales cycle.
Market Research & Analysis – Identify new industries, sectors, and target audiences to maximize growth potential.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales – Optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.
Track Performance – Use our CRM to monitor activities and continuously refine your engagement strategy.
Requirements
Proven Experience as an SDR or in a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), with a proven track record in executing high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate and qualify leads.

Fluency in Italian (native level) to communicate with customers, and advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) for internal communication.

Administrative Info:
Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
Salary range: 30.000€ + 6.000€ commisions cap
