Salary & Bonuses
Gross monthly salary: €1,045.72
Quarterly KPI‑based bonus: up to €900
Productivity bonus: up to €150/month
Career progression:
€1,100 after 12 months
€1,150 after 3 years
Your Role as a Sales Expert – B2B
You will support Dell B2B operations, working closely with resellers to grow partnerships and generate new business opportunities.
What Youll Do (Day‑to‑Day)
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential Dell resellers
Handle inbound calls and emails, providing sales guidance and product support
Manage a portfolio of partners and execute targeted outbound campaigns
Educate partners on:
Dell products & solutions
Discounts and promotions
Events, webinars, and webcasts
Support partners in closing deals and generating new leads
Participate in remote client meetings and occasional events
Use internal tools, the Dell Partner Portal, and MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations
Key Scenarios Youll Handle
Reactivating dormant partners (quarterly)
Promoting Dell products and partnership benefits
Assisting new partners with registration
Supporting online events, webinars, and webcasts
What Were Looking For
Italian language: Native or C2 level
English: B2 level or higher
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in outbound sales, marketing, or account management
At least 1 year working in a team‑based environment
Strong written communication skills (business‑focused)
Solid PC skills and familiarity with computer hardware
Good knowledge of MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic sales environment
EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
