The impact you’ll have as Sales Manager Italy for our Fabriano Business

Reporting to the Head of Sales Italy Fabriano - in this role your goal will be to maximize sales results and furtherly develop our market share across Retail & Wholesale Channels, providing a superior customer service to through the leadership of a skilled team of Sales Agents.
In particular:

  • You will successfully implement the growing strategy of our two brands: Fabriano and Magnani 1404.
  • You will effectively drive the result of our comprehensive ranges: School, Fine Arts, Print Making, Stationery.
  • You will be part of a transformation journey for our sales organization implementing the Retail (Direct + Indirect) strategy redefining the balance between sales done through wholesaler and sales done directly to store.
  • You will be supervising and animating all the agents for Italy in this channel in coordination with our Head of Italy.
  • You will be the front end with the agent’s team, controlling the business flow according to the budget objective, supporting agents in special negotiation, defining and implementing a tailor-made growing plan.
  • You will be directly in charge of defining the annual sales plan.
  • You will team up with our Head of Sales Italy to foster new category and new store class.
  • You will collaborate cross functionally with trade marketing and customer care service.
  • You will perform sales data business analysis to identity improvement opportunities and better planning.
  • You will organize presentations to enhance sales effectiveness through best practices sharing.
  • You will be supervising collectable and service level.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in a commercial role in B2C companies, with strong customer focus and Key accounts management
  • You have excellent sales skills dealing with entrepreneurial customers.
  • You have former experiences managing sales agents team.
  • You have basic category management knowledge.
  • You know how to make an effective and engaging presentation in PPT and how to present it in front of an audience.
  • You have good analytical skills and a good knowledge of Excel; Power BI will be a plus.
  • You have excellent communication skills, and you know how to lead customer negotiation and to foster agents’ motivations.
  • You are enthusiastic, proactive and you are passionate about innovation.
  • You are proficient in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Preferably you have some knowledge in paper for drawing and art purpose.

Based in: Italy (preferably in Milan, Verona, Rome or Fabriano).
