Arcese is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for our FTL Business Unit in Rovereto.
YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:
- Supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the effective use of tools and resources
- Generating regular and ad-hoc sales reports for the sales team and management
- Supporting to set up measurable sales target (KPIs) and monitor and evaluate the achievement per quarter
- Overseeing the usage and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collaborating with FTL Pricing, Central Sales Back Office, FTL Sales teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
- Analysing customer feedback and collaborate with the FTL sales team to address issues and improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Coaching and training the sales force on company’s processes and tools
- Managing the business review (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) as pipeline, opportunity and revenue’s growth vs target
WHO YOU ARE:
- You are very analytical and you want to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- You have a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field
- You have a Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role, working in the freight sector is a plus
- You are an expert using Office tools (eg. Excell, Power point, etc )
- You are a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and data analysis master
- You are very fluent in English
