Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Elevate sales team effectiveness by monitoring performance, meeting targets, and analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales teams, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in Italian and English Support the Sales team in managing client inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating order processing Maintain accurate records of sales teams' KPIs, budgeting, and demographics, updating databases regularly Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales support processes and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales presentations for management and clients Who Are We Looking For

Bachelor's degree Good knowledge of English language (B2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Sales team members and clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred Perks & Benefits
