Role Overview
As a SAP FI-CO Specialist, you’ll be an active member of Satispay Group who can investigate the essential details of ERP systems while keeping an eye on the broader company strategy.  You’ll be reporting to our ERP Project Manager, under the growing Finance department captained by our CFO.

Your mission:

• ERP projects. Participate in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP systems.

• Finance bridge. Translate complex business requirements in the finance domain into robust and efficient SAP system configurations and designs. Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.

• System configuration. Configure core SAP FI/CO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO-PA, CO-PC, CCA, PCA), Treasury, etc.

• Project management. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.

• Continuous update. Stay current with the latest SAP innovations in Business One/S/4HANA Cloud, Finance, and BTP.

Your ideal profile:

• Background experience. 3-4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant. Proven track record of participating in at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Business One/ECC/S/4HANA.

• Technical skills. Deep configuration expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banks) and CO (CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Internal Orders). Experience in migrating finance processes to SAP environments.

• Finance/Controlling background. Solid understanding of the end-to-end financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).

• Language proficiency. Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.

• Soft skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
