Job Description:

This vacancy refers to three permanent Full Time positions.

The resource will be responsible for managing Extremely time-critical Air shipments, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines within the fashion industry, handling high-value and delicate goods, adapting to frequent last-minute changes and maintaining close interaction with luxury brands or fashion houses while delivering a high level of customer service.

The “senior” aspect means you’re not just executing tasks; you’re also handling complex cases, key clients, and sometimes mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end air shipments (export/import)
  • Handle urgent fashion timelines
  • Act as main contact for clients
  • Manage documentation (AWB, customs clearance, invoices)
  • Solve disruptions (delays, customs issues, damages)
  • Work closely with airlines, warehouses, custom, customers.
  • Monitor KPIs and service performance
  • Support or supervise junior team members

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of air freight operations
  • Experience in fashion/logistics industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with customs procedures and Incoterms
  • Excellent communication & client management
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Languages (English + Italian)

Working hours : 09:00-18:00

Location: Peschiera Borromeo (MI)
