Role Summary and Impact

The Senior Associate, Projects Management independently manages standard integrated communication projects from briefing and ideation through production and delivery. The role combines client partnership, strategic thinking, project management and commercial awareness across influencer marketing, branded content, media partnerships and on-field activations.

Skills and Experience

• Manage assigned accounts and standard projects end-to-end, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.


• Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding needs and translating them into clear project requirements and actionable plans.


• Partner with strategy, media, creative, events and production teams to develop and deliver integrated communication projects, coordinating all involved disciplines.


• Own project timelines, scope of work and project-related financial processes, coordinating with finance, administration and legal teams as required.


• Ensure clear alignment on expectations, objectives and KPIs throughout all project phases, escalating complex or non-standard issues appropriately.


• Coordinate external partners, creators and talents during ideation, production and delivery, applying advanced knowledge of influencer marketing formats, trends, metrics and best practices.


• Apply an understanding of consumer attitudes, motivations and behaviours when contributing to project development and recommendations.


• 3+ years of experience in project or account management within influencer marketing, branded content, media partnerships, activations or related communication disciplines.


• Strong consulting, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, priorities and stakeholder dynamics.


• Proactive, accountable and solutions-oriented approach, with a hands-on mindset, commitment to continuous learning and effective use of modern technologies, including AI.


• Fluent in both Italian and English.
