(Senior) Finance Operations Manager (m/f/d)

• Steering and optimizing ongoing accounting processes
• Preparing data-driven partner settlements
• Generating and exporting transaction data from platform to accounting systems
• Optimizing invoice processing and implementing sustainable, tool-based/system-based solutions
• Overseeing and managing payment transactions for outgoing invoices
• Supporting in year-end closing and preparing management reports

Your background

• A completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the finance department of a fast-paced, growing environment
• Excellent understanding and practical experience in basic accounting principles
• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with various software applications such as Candis, Moss, Spendesk, and ideally DATEV
• Readiness and eagerness to thrive in a startup environment with a great team spirit
• Expertise in MS Office products, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is also highly desirable.
