Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow \u2013 all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible. \n\nSenior HR Administrator, with Italian and French\n\n**Milan, Italy**\n\nThe PTC People Solutions organization consists of 4 regional People Solutions Teams (Americas, EMEA, India, and APAC) that provide both full-scope front line leader and employee support within their assigned region, and a globally integrated level of support across all regions as needed.\n\nReporting to the Regional People Solutions Manager, the Senior HR Administrator will carry out assigned processes and programs, working with senior People Solutions team members and HR Business Partners to support all stages of the employee lifecycle.\n\nThe EMEA Region People Solutions team directly supports 1700 employees and indirectly supports ~7,500 global PTC employees in conjunction with the other regional People Solutions teams. The Sr. HR Administrator is an integral part of the People Solutions organization, serving as an action-oriented coordinator across a defined range of employee-related HR services and matters.\n\nExample Senior HR Administrator Responsibilities:\n\n(Including, but not limited to)\n\n * Manager and support daily people related matters\n * Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination \u0026 Support\n * Employee File/Record Entries \u0026 Uploads\n * Verifications of Employment\n * Employee Case Management Triaging\n * Employment Document Distribution \u0026 Collection\n * Manage all health and safety matters\n * Confirmation \u0026 Clarification of Various Records, Enrollments, and Opportunities\n * Knowledge Guide \u0026 HR Policy Distribution\n * Education and execution of compliance related matters\n * Support of Various Low-Complexity \u0026 High-Volume Activities as Needed\n * Daily Interaction with HR Systems (primarily Workday \u0026 ServiceNow)\n\n\n\nPreferred Traits, Skills, \u0026 Knowledge\n\n * Self-Driven, Proactive \u0026 Growth Oriented \u2013 acts and advocates for their own growth and development to ensure they have all the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to meet and exceed the demands of their role and build upon foundational knowledge to add to an ever-increasing skillset in efforts to expand their own capability and career opportunities.\n * Team Oriented \u2013 ability to work effectively with peers and broader People Team members to deliver support services in a collaborative environment.\n * Curiosity \u2013 having a desire to expand their own knowledge, and the general awareness of people, things, and processes on a deeper level. Curiosity and experiences are at the core of individual growth and development.\n * Openness \u2013 aware that the People Solutions Teams, as well as the PTC People Team overall, is in a state of constant evolution; there is a level of change-agile mindset, adaptability, and learning-centric approach that is needed to be successful in this role.\n * Intermediate Communicator \u2013 must be able to interpret employee needs from front-line employee to first level manager, effectively communicate follow-up questions as needed, and provide a clear and concise next-step or solution statement.\n * Customer-Centric Focus \u0026 Lens \u2013 understanding that the employee (customer) experience is at the forefront of everything the People Solutions teams do, will ensure actionable activities are delivered within the prescribed timeframe and relevant quality level, and enhance our ability to identify improvement opportunities for long term success.\n * Organized with Attention to Detail \u2013 the inquiries we review, the actions we take, the communications we send \u2013 all require a level of scrutiny to ensure we are delivering the right support in the right way.\n * Collaborative- Assumes positive intent, open minded and easy to work with.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 Experience\n\nIdeally, you will have the following Skills/Experience:\n\n * 2-4 Years in an HR Generalist Role\n * Some College Level Coursework in HR, Business Administration, or Related Field\n * Ability to Learn New Systems, Processes, and Policies with Limited Training\n * Hands-on Exposure to Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n * Mandatory: Fluency in English, French and Italian.\n\n\n\n#LI-DNI\n\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today\u2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
