Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner

What you will be doin g
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers to build their people management skills, giving support in talent development/management and assisting in creating the best strategies (involving people matter) to achieve business objectives and enhance teams' performances. Ultimately, you will make sure HR policies and procedures fit the organization’s needs and goals, ensuring that HR strategy fits into the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deep dive into our business activities, to develop business acumen and be able to be the best partner for our success.
  • Consult management on a regular basis providing guidance regarding people matters (eg. workforce planning, succession planning, team restructuring).
  • Guide managers in day-to-day performance management (e.g., Performance Reviews support, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Cooperate with the whole HR/People team to develop and implement procedures, policies and solutions regarding people matters.
  • Analyse trends and metrics (internal and external) to ensure that the company stays always at the cutting edge of working conditions.
  • Help managers in identifying and implementing training programs, ensuring their success in establishing and monitoring training objectives.
  • Keep maximum confidentiality on all matters which require it, without affecting your efficacy.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. 
  • Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations liaising with the whole HR/People and Legal teams.
  • Keep yourself updated on labor law matters, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, partnering with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Help in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies together with new contract terms, promotions and transfers.

What we need
We are looking for a senior HR professional with a deep understanding of how HR can make the Business more successful.

You have:

  • Solid experience of 5-8 years in the HR field in companies operating in a multi-country environment.
  • Previous experience in business that went through scale-up/fast-growing/intensive-hiring phases will be considered a strong plus.
  • A “start before you need” approach to work combined with a great analytical mindset, will be crucial, considering the extreme growth in which you’ll operate in.
  • A data-driven approach, you have experience using data to support decisions such as resource forecasting, capacity planning and driving efficiency.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with P&L, business practices, and operations.

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. 
Stock option plan available.
