Senior Resident Engineer HVAC

Progetto: Costruzione di due Data Center – fase construction

Responsabilità principali:

• Approvazione materiali e disegni costruttivi HVAC secondo le specifiche tecniche.




• Supervisione dell’installazione degli impianti meccanici (HVAC) da parte degli appaltatori.




• Verifica e confronto del programma lavori HVAC con l’effettivo avanzamento.




• Controllo della qualità e delle tempistiche delle attività HVAC.




• Validazione degli Stati di Avanzamento Lavori (SAL) relativi alla parte meccanica.




• Gestione delle criticità tecniche in fase esecutiva.




• Interfaccia tecnica principale verso cliente e stakeholders per la parte HVAC.




• Redazione di report tecnici sull’andamento dei lavori.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza in ambito HVAC in progetti complessi (preferibile Data Center o similari).




• Conoscenza approfondita degli impianti di climatizzazione, trattamento aria, sistemi di controllo.




• Familiarità con normative italiane ed europee.




• Capacità di presidio tecnico del cantiere.

Location: Settimo Milanese (Milan area, Italy)
Expected start: February 2026
Project: Construction phase of two Data Centers

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve HVAC materials and construction drawings in line with project specifications.




• Supervise the installation of mechanical systems (HVAC) by subcontractors.




• Check consistency between subcontractors’ work schedules and actual progress.




• Monitor quality and timely execution of mechanical works.




• Validate HVAC-related Progress Work Statements (SALs).




• Solve technical issues arising during construction.




• Act as the main technical interface with the client and stakeholders for HVAC discipline.




• Produce technical reporting and updates for the client and internal management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC systems on complex construction projects (Data Centers or similar preferred).




• Strong knowledge of HVAC, air treatment, and control systems.




• Familiarity with Italian and European technical standards.




• Ability to supervise site activities independently.




• Good command of technical English. 




• Preferred P.IVA (self-employed)
