The division is globally recognized for its expertise in emergency lighting, fire detection, alarm, notification, and mass notification systems, enabling safe evacuation and compliance with regulatory standards in the most demanding commercial and institutional environments.\n\nTo support our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Specification Engineer to join our Life Safety Division, covering Trentino\u2011Alto Adige, with the opportunity to support strategic consultants in adjacent regions.\n\nIn this strategic role, the Senior Specification Engineer drives early\u2011stage project engagement and influences technical specifications to ensure Eaton solutions are embedded in Commercial and Institutional Building projects. Operating with a growth and data\u2011driven mindset, the role focuses on prioritizing high\u2011impact opportunities, accelerating project conversion, and ensuring rapid progression across the project pipeline through strong cross\u2011functional collaboration.
