Service Field Engineer Production Printing

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who provides on-site technical and engineering support to customers for hardware and software Production Printing products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of machinery and electronic equipment
• diagnosis, troubleshoots and resolution of technical problems;
• installation of complex equipment;
• collaboration with the team to improve processes and technical solutions;
• availability for on-call shifts and travel within the national territory.

Skills required:

• Experience in mechanics, electronics and IT;
• good manual skills and troubleshooting skills;
• desire to learn and get involved
• availability for on-call shifts and travel;
• Northwest area

What we offer:

• Permanent Contract
• The position is classified at level 2 of National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011. The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 35.000 - 42.000 euros.

The determination of the final starting salary within this range will be agreed upon taking into acounts the compnay's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL and objective, gender-neutral criteria such as: professional qualifications and experience, level of knowledge or skils held, as well as the scope and level of responsibility of the position offered.

Additional benefits and allowances may also be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and the company policies and programs in force at the start date of employement.
