Atlas Copco Italy Compressor Tecnique Division is continuing investing on innovation and people and we are looking for a newemployee who will become our Sales Service for the Emilia Romagna Area
You will be part of the Service Business Line, taking care of our Service products and our customers.
You will deal with a challenging market, working to strengthen the relationship with existing customers and to create newopportunities at prospects.
You will be assigned challenging targets, and we will support you with all the tools and trainings to achieve your goals.
A sales person who has developed max 1-2 years of experience in Industrial market segment, selling to medium and large companies.
She or He will work with demanding customers and we expect you to have good relational skills, being able to manage conflicts and autonomously carry on negotiations, along with complex problem solving attitude and time management ability.
CRM daily use is also required, along with the reporting activities on your leads, opportunities and sales targets constant monitoring.
You will map customers’ needs in your area and deliver inputs to your customers both existing services improvement and new service opportunity
You will work with a team that includes people in marketing and Operation, and your active cooperation with them is necessary.
As Atlas Copco is a multinational company, written and spoken English is required.
The overall compensation package offered will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, internal pay equity, level of responsibility, and the experience and skills of the selected candidate.
