Job description

The selected candidate will join the Showroom team, providing operational support during the sales campaign and contributing to the smooth execution of daily showroom activities.

The role is responsible for supporting the Sales team, ensuring the showroom is consistently organized and maintained according to the brand’s standards, while contributing to the delivery of an excellent client experience throughout the sales campaign.

Availability: Starting from September.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales team throughout the sales campaign, contributing to the efficient management of daily showroom activities.

• Prepare and organize collections, ensuring products are available and presented according to brand standards.

• Maintain the showroom in excellent condition, ensuring order, organization and attention to detail at all times.

• Assist with stock handling and product movements, supporting the overall efficiency of showroom operations.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and professional experience for clients during appointments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a showroom, luxury retail, fashion or similar operational environment is considered a plus.

• Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry and attention to product presentation.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Fluency in Italian is required; English is considered a strong plus.

• Availability to work full-time during the sales campaign, starting from September.
