Podcasts are a rapidly growing medium both in Italy and worldwide, quickly becoming a real global cultural phenomenon. In Italy alone, in 2023 the monthly podcast listeners were over 12 millions, with a growth of 15% compared to the previous years.

We are Vois, the Italian Podcast Creators Company with a mission: to entertain and inspire an audience of listeners to be the engine of a positive impact in the world. We're Home to some of the best Italian podcast shows like Storie di Brand, Cose Molto Umane, A Domani, Daily Cogito, and many more.

What we are looking for

At the heart of VOIS lies not just our content, but the vibrant communities that rally around our show brands. Your role will be to cultivate and strengthen these communities. You'll be the guiding force, orchestrating interactions, discussions, and engagements that deepen the connection between our shows and their audience. Whether it's creating tailored content, hosting virtual events, or sparking stimulating conversations, your efforts will ensure our show brands are more than just shows; they become shared experiences. Experiences that inspire, inform, and most importantly, bring together a community of enthusiasts. Through your innovative strategies and community-centric approach, you'll help transform our viewers into engaged members, ensuring that the impact of our brands is felt and shared widely.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging image posts, memes and short-form content, tailored for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Your goal is to echo our brands' commitment to informative yet entertaining narratives mastering the ability to turn any long-form content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.).
• Community Building : Cultivate and strengthen the communities around our show brands by orchestrating tailored content, virtual events, and engaging conversations, transforming our shows into shared experiences that inspire and connect enthusiasts on Social Media.
• Community Insights : Act as the bridge between our vibrant community and our content creators. Relay valuable insights regarding what our audience wants to listen to, their sentiments, and their co-creation ideas to the showrunners and the broader production teams.

Requirements

• Uses and creates contents on social media on a daily basis
• Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, social media copywriting
• Basic design skills with tools like Photoshop and Canva, and proficiency in prompt writing tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT and eager to continue to learn and evolve in other efficient and effective ways to make social-first content: Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps, and in-app editing (Instagram Story creation, TikTok editing, etc.).
• You are data-driven: You have a keen understanding of metrics and leverage them effectively to iterate and drive success.
• Agile Content Creation: You possess the ability to swiftly create on-brand content on the fly, especially in response to breaking news or trending topics.
• Live and breathe internet culture, you're a master of memes and visual content
• Native Italian speaker; proficient in English. Other languages are a plus
