About the Job


 


As a Solutions Architect in the Contact Center Solutions department at Allianz, you will play a crucial role in transforming our global platforms into a modern, cloud-based, AI-enabled ecosystem. Our department provides essential services that empower Allianz entities to operate their customer contact centers effectively, handling millions of interactions annually. You will be part of the Add-On Squad, driving the architecture, design, and technical evolution of add-on services connected to our global Contact Center platform. Your work will integrate capabilities such as Workforce Management (WFM), Call Recording, and Omnichannel services (Chat, Email, SMS, Teams), ensuring seamless experiences for agents, customers, and operational teams worldwide. This position offers an excellent opportunity to influence architecture, design complex systems, and contribute to Allianz’s cloud transformation while working in a highly international, multi-cultural environment.

What you do


 



  • Design and validate the architecture of Add-On applications, translating business needs into robust technical specifications and building blueprints aligned with SOA principles.

  • Guide delivery and quality by reviewing vendor system specs, supporting development teams throughout the lifecycle, ensuring QA completeness, and maintaining structured technical documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with readiness, governance, and cloud squads, building trust-based relationships with stakeholders, supporting change management, and communicating architectural decisions proactively.

  • Enable innovation by assessing new trends in the Contact Center domain, identifying opportunities for modernization and improved customer experience, and ensuring interoperability across CRM, reporting, WFM, recording, routing, etc.


 


What you bring


 



  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in Contact Center ecosystems (WFM, Recording, Omnichannel apps).

  • Experience in system analysis and designing complex operational services, with familiarity in cloud environments.

  • Understanding of dependencies with CRM, reporting, and communication channels.

  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional squads with strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences, with a transparent, proactive collaboration style.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, competing demands, and evolving priorities, with strong judgment and ownership in decision-making.

  • High attention to detail, quality mindset, and continuous improvement approach.

  • Professional level of English.
