We are hiring a school receptionist (Internship - Categoria Protetta legge 68/99).
 

Main responsibilities:
-    Welcome guests.
-    Support teaching staff in the organization of work and their relocation.
-    Support to students.
-    Translations from English to Italian and vice versa.
-    Support in the organization of school trips.
-    Customer care.
-    Events agenda update.
-    Liaise with nurses.
-    Use of platforms (eg: buses, registrations, etc...).

Qualifications and requirements:
-    At least C1 level of English.
-    Experiences working abroad and/or in multinational companies will be highly appreciated.
-    Exceptional IT skills (MacOs operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack).
-    Strong organisational skills. 
-    Attention to detail.
-    Collaborative team builder.
-    Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills along with a sense of humour.
-    Provides excellent service with courtesy and professionalism.
-    Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
-    A Lara Croft, Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones style of on-the-go problem-solving.
-    Immaculate criminal record.
