We are looking for a Junior Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics operations.

Your Mission

You will support the execution of daily logistics activities and help ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our global network. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international logistics while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments (road, air, sea) from order to delivery


• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouses, and Logistics Partners to ensure seamless execution


• Validate shipping process in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements


• Track shipments and proactively manage deviations or delays


• Support claim handling and contribute to root cause analysis


• Participate in performance monitoring and improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field


• First experience or internship in logistics is a plus


• Analytical mindset and attention to detail


• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment


• Good knowledge of Excel; SAP is a plus


• Fluent in English; second language is a plus
