Supply Chain Trainee

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will be part of our Integrated Supply Chain organization. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and support you in developing the skills necessary for a successful career in manufacturing. You will support activities such as:

• Defining procedures for managing the new logistics flow, taking into consideration the constraints and needs of all the actors involved along the chain (Production, 3PL, Customer).
• Define KPIs for monitoring the new flow.
• Operationally manage FTL deliveries live from the plant (analysis of the order portfolio, identification of FTL orders, development of a weekly FTL delivery plan taking into account the various constraints, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring of delivery to the customer and management of any return).
• Monitor project costs and savings.
• Conduct periodic alignment meetings with involved stakeholders (Production, 3PL, Commercial).

Education needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business administration (or another relevant field)
• General good information technology literacy is needed as long as good command of Microsoft Office tools.

• English knowledge written and spoken;
• Italian knowledge written and spoken.
