Switchboard operator (Reception) | Season 2025 | Villa Sant'Andrea

As a switchboard operator, you will typically be the first person clients speak with, so you have a great responsibility of providing callers with a productive experience. We are looking for an outstanding person that will work closely with the front office team and front office manager in order to provide high standard information to our guests, according to Belmond and LQA standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, provide pertinent information to the caller and transfer the call to the appropriate source if requested
• Conduct other administrative tasks

• Superb customer service skills

• Other hospitality experiences (front office, conciergerie) will be considered a plus
• Excellent Italian and English speaking skills; any other knowledge of a third european language will be considered a plus
• Knowledge of switchboards and phone systems

• Seasonal contract according to italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi"
