System Architect HR (m/f/d)

As our System Architect HR (m/f/d) you are responsible for the development and safeguarding of our groupwide HR applications.

Your Tasks:

You work closely with business and HR and provide valuable insights for organizational growth and success

You manage international IT projects in the area of ORACLE HCM, Payroll systems and time management systems

You monitor and harmonize all additional HR Systems in all regions

You implement and maintenance standardized processes and applications and improve/ update existing processes

You review and monitor interfaces between all international HR systems

You monitor general security & risk management

You function as a bridge for all Stakeholders: HR, 3rd Parties, Processes and WEPA Plants

Your Profile:

Qualifications: University degree in IT related field or similar educational background

Experience and Know How: min. 3 years of experience as a System Architect or similar role Experience in HR Systems is beneficial ITIL Certificate is beneficial

Languages:  Very good English skills; german is beneficial
