Based in Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Italy, you will drive innovation and technical excellence across New Product Development (NPD), New Technology Development (NTD), configuration management, sustaining engineering, and customer-focused projects. Working closely with global, cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term business growth.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is 49.400 to 91.800 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
