For the strengthening of the HR unit, we are looking for talented professionals to grow their career as Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist. Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Your role:

Your key duties and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

•       Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies

•       Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate pool

•       Screen, interview and evaluate candidates

•       Assess candidate interest and ability to thrive in ION culture

•       Foster lasting relationships with candidates

•       Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process

•       Share best practice interviewing techniques with Interviewers.

•       Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

•       Utilizing data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Learning & Development:

•       Supporting the management of the performance appraisal process.

•       Designing, planning, and managing talent management initiatives.

•       Designing and supporting the management/development pathways.

•       Planning, organizing, and monitoring training activities, including logistics management, feedback collection, and report preparation.

•       Supporting the development of digital HR process management systems and tools.

•       Providing periodic updates of HR Learning & Development reports using various tools.

•       Collaborating with other HR team members on projects and initiatives based on operational needs.

•       Supporting the organization and management of specific HR processes related to people engagement in collaboration with other company functions.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

•       Master’s degree in Economics/ Psychology or HR related subjects (with honors)

•       Ambitious, efficient and stable under tight deadlines and competing priorities

•       Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines

•       Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (minimum C1)

•       5+ years previous experience in Talent Acquisition & Development

•       Knowledge of training design, management of talent paths, implementation of Welfare and Wellbeing programs for employees

•       Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience, with proven success in recruiting and filling positions also in the Tech space at up to Senior levels

•       Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint

•       With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment

•       Willingness to learn and use software tools

•       Result driven, OKR driven
