Descrizione Lavoro - Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager for Industrial Sector, EMEA
Drive Talent Management Lead the talent strategy and supporting processes to attract, develop, engage, and retain key talent across the Industrial Sector. Partner with leaders to build action plans and track progress to strengthen the talent pipeline. Lead the regional Top Talent strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business and sector priorities. Measure and track talent outcomes, including development plans and actions tied to specific leadership and capability development programs. Develop strategies to build organizational capability through stretch assignments, career moves, experiential learning, special projects, executive coaching, feedback initiatives, and development programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, develop, and accelerate the readiness of early‑career talent across the sector. Establish clear measures and accountability to drive continuous improvement based on employee feedback. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources, with proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and capability‑building initiatives.Experience working within large, multinational manufacturing organizations and navigating complex matrix structures. Background in plant, operations, supply chain (SCM), or continuous improvement (CI) environments is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, drive organizational change, and deliver integrated talent and OE strategies across diverse business contexts.Strong analytical, consulting, and communication skills, with the ability to translate organizational needs into actionable, scalable solutions. Fluent English required; Italian or French is a strong plus. Proven ability to design and deliver effective OD and talent strategies that support business performance. Experience coaching and influencing leaders at all levels and developing talent pipelines. Strong capability to recruit, assess, and develop high‑potential talent. Effective collaborator with experience working across multiple organizational levels and functions. Solid analytical skills, using data and metrics to inform decisions and recommendations. Confident in presenting to senior leadership and communicating complex ideas clearly. Experience in coaching, organizational design, change management, or similar disciplines (certifications a plus). Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills.
