ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Travel Sales Advisor

LOCATION: Remote or Hybrid (Paris)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Freelance (VAT)

LANGUAGE: French (native speaker required) 

Duration: three-month term, with extension based on fit, need and performance

Terms: Pay based on conversions (paid monthly) and number of leads managed (paid monthly). You will be able to work when and where you want, only constraints being (i) handling within 180 minutes of tickets taken to ensure continuity of service and CX; (ii) working during the team's existing working hours (exception on weekends)

What you'll do:


  • Sell, sell, sell: first and foremost, your main task is to seek and convert leads, selling the WeRoad dream

  • You will be the point of contact for our WeRoaders and be in touch with them through all major sales channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, Whatsapp, phone and more)

  • You will accompany WeRoaders through the sales process, leveraging our product portfolio and the value of the WeRoad experience

  • You will keep the sales process organized by maintaining and updating an efficient sales pipeline and recording customer interaction

  • You will be an expert on all of our adventures, able to make tailored recommendations to customers seeking support in finding their ideal trip

  • An experienced salesperson with a strong commercial approach

  • Passion for the world of tourism and travel, ideally having traveled with WeRoad in the past and with good knowledge of major tourist destinations.

  • You are a very enthusiastic person: an exceptional motivator and communicator, able to convey your energy and personality in your online, written and face-to-face interactions

  • You are ambitious: you love having a target to reach and exceed and are self-motivated to achieve results

  • You are outgoing and sociable, work well in a team, and love working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
