UAT Test Analyst with Italian

What you do

• Run functional tests/ Manual Non-Regression tests/E2E tests of applications of a specific business domain;


• Contribute to the drafting of Test Cases, when the Test Leader consider it necessary/possible;


• Run the assigned test cases following the defined test script;


• Describe in detail the test case outputs ensuring completeness and accuracy;


• Ensure that the test results are correctly loaded on the tool used (TFS or JIRA);


• Identify borderline situation that may lead to a different test result;


• Report to the Test Leader possible improvements to test cases;


• Inform the Test Leader of any deviations between the test script and the behavior of the software so that the test can be modified;


• Ensure the necessary information to the Test Leader in order to monitor activities;


• Identifies and drives optimization and standardization to all test rooms;


• Liaises with other test rooms and fosters good relationships, offering guidance to the involved testing resources;


• Controls the relevant work instructions and procedures to be up to date;


• Coordination of meetings with different test rooms;


• Solve escalation topics with the help of dedicated teams;


• Preparing presentations and ad-hoc analysis.

What you bring

• Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage;


• Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable;


• Fluently in Italian language (written and spoken) for communication with team members of AZ Italy;


• Fluently in English language (written and spoken);


• Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory;


• Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization;


• Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage;


• Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable;


• Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory.
