Valet, Season 2026 - Splendido, A Belmond Hotel Portofino

Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, is an emblem of Portofino’s allure. Our elevated escape is perched in the protected Portofino hills, overlooking the glittering Gulf of Tigullio and charming Portofino. We are looking for a Valet for the next season (spring/summer 2026) to join our front of the house team.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.  

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. 

He/She will Report to the Head Concierge. 

Main duties & responsibilities:  

• Deal with all Valets operations (greeting guests and escorting them to reception; drive and park cars and shuttles, manage arrivals and departures) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.  

• Coordinate with reception and concierge  

• Assist with all guest’s requests 

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred  

• Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite  

• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Valet 

• Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path. 

• Monthly gross salary around € 1.700, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR 

• Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals
