1. Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or other technical faculties:
   • 105 minimum for Bachelor and Master
2. Fluent Italian and English
   • C1-C2 Level required
3. Max 1-2 years’ experience in consultancy, with current position as Business/ Digital Analyst
4. Passion for technology, process innovation, tools, change management
5. Willingness to make the difference from strategic solutions identification to implementation and measurement
