Warehouse Support Specialist

We are looking for a Warehouse Support Specialist to help us ensure effective workflow by supporting our team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

• Managing pre and post stock anomalies for the customer
• Managing receipt and stock anomalies
• Managing return processes from dealers to Client (complaints, guarantees, rotations)
• Managing obsolescent material and excisable materials (oil and additives)
• Mantaining reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory control
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, including regular counts and reconciliations, to meet the client’s inventory accuracy standards
• Managing daily workplan of the warehouse staff activities and setting of priorities to ensure compliaing work procedures execution by the warehouse staff and productivity levels
• Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected
• Monitoring and manage operational and Quality KPIs both internal (productivity, absenteeism, quality) and external required by the customer contract
• Monitoring and manage KPIs of housekeeping, safety, and environment.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have a High school diploma or equivalent
• You are fluent in English
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office
• You preferably have previous experience in warehouse contexts
• You have problem-solving and analytical skills
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
