Role: Client Advisor
Reporting to: Manager
Objectives:
Contribute to store business through excellent clienteling and achieving KPI targets (conversion rate, cross-selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
Responsibilities:
Client:
- Manage the customer experience in the boutique.
- Create excitement and desire in customers.
- Engage loyal and potential clients per a weekly plan set by the boutique manager(s).
- Deliver impeccable Valentino Couture Service at every stage (pre-sale, welcome, client knowledge, product presentation, closing, and farewell).
- Focus on client development, retention, and new client recruitment.
- Engage clients through all sales opportunities – walk-ins, private appointments, phone consignments.
- Actively participate in partnered sales and one-on-one appointments.
Operations and Visual:
- Manage all sales and post-sales activities (returns, end of season, client returns, repairs, complaints).
- Ensure product maintenance and floor replenishment.
- Know the stock across all categories to ensure restocking and sales maximization.
- Adhere to administrative and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with In-Store Visual to follow VM guidelines; communicate important information to the manager(s).
- If there is no Operations role in store, actively participate in operational tasks (including shipping/receiving).
