Descrizione Lavoro - Contract and Bonus Manager

  • Creation and customization of standard bonus and service contracts for sales in Italy according to the specifications and rules of the contract management process, the specialist departments guidelines and risk criteria
  • Reviewing and supporting the local customer contract drafts following the contract management process, and In this context, interface between sales and the specialist departments in Italy
  • Maintenance of the local standard bonus and service contracts
  • Advice and sparring partner for sales in Italy for these enquiries / contract processing
  • Local expert for the OSRAM contract management system - thus local contact person for all sales colleagues on questions, support, bugs, trainings, and if necessary maintenance of training videos and quick guides in Italian language
  • Responsible for local bonus management with a focus on Italian agents and consortium customers in compliance with internal guidelines and processes including set up respective accruals and carry out the settlements in SAP
  • Commercial apprenticeship or study
  • Sales or controlling experience (min. 3 years); basic knowledge of Italian contract law would be helpful
  • Good knowledge of sales processes
  • Open, integrative personality / self-initiated / motivated
  • Resilient / process-oriented / systematic / practical and solution-orientated
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written / German and/or French would be helpful
