ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at our Operations HQ in Agordo (BL, Italy).

As Comunication & Training EHS intern you will support analyzing and collecting training needs, helps the Organization design and implement EHS training programs and evaluate the results of training programs.

Also you will collaborate with internal and external departments to prepare the EHS news preparing the EHS communication following the EHS communication plan.

Here some responsibilities you will have:

• Contributing to the creation and launch of new content through Leonardo liaising with all actors involved in the production and launch of individual modules.
• Planning and organizing, with Team Leonardo support, virtual classroom training activities, supporting speakers in the operational management of the organizational parts.
• Collaborate with local and regional EHS and HR teams in the management of the training campaigns, especially the follow-up of compliance campaign.
• Contributing to the digital communication initiatives to promote the Leonardo education program in EssilorLuxottica.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to collect and develop EHS contents that will we communicate on our intranet or other platforms (es. Social).
• Support and collaborate with CSR team to work on sustainability report and managing the CSR requests.
• Supporting the development of effective EHS corporate communication strategies
• Managing internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
• Drafting content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

You know you are a good fit with the role if:

• You have  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication & Marketing, Humanities, EHS.
• Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of training and development methods and techniques
• Microsoft Office package (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Excel, PPT), photo and video-editing software is an asset
• Knowledge of methods to identify training needs, reporting and evaluating results of needs assessments, and analyzing performance problems.
• Ability to apply basic evaluation techniques.
• Experience in web design and content production is a plus
• Experience in copywriting and editing is a plus
• English fluent speaker & writer
• Considerable ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and various units within the organization, including management, to carry out goals of the training function.
• Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions, establish professional contacts, and organize time with the appropriate supervision.
• Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
