About SICILIAMIA CULTURA Association

Our startup has members from all over the world, with an emphasis on open values and sustainability. Those are no paradoxes in a luxury lifestyle brand. With those values in mind, we focus on permaculture, villa rentals, gastronomy, and creating a community with the goal to benefit Sicily’s image and reputation.

Position Description

We are looking for our new manager intern aspiring to lead projects, with a deep sense of accountability, and good organizational skills.

You are looking for a challenging opportunity to gain valuable skills in Entrepreneurship, Management and Leadership while having a lot of responsibilities?

You are keen on developing and leading a team and at the same time working on your own initiative and achieving multiple goals within deadlines. You embody a growth mindset and a proactive and dedicated approach.

This full-time internship takes place in Sicily and starts in August/October 2025.


Requirements

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•⁠  ⁠Good organisational skills
•⁠  ⁠Studies in Business, Economics or similar field
•⁠  ⁠Excellent English skills spoken as well as written
•⁠  ⁠Know how to prioritise tasks
•⁠  ⁠Analytical mindset
•⁠  ⁠Motivation to learn continuously and drive projects forward
•⁠  ⁠Strategic thinking skill
•⁠  ⁠Responsible and committed work attitude
•⁠  ⁠Prior work experience is an advantage
•⁠  ⁠Strong sense of ownership and pride in their work

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•⁠  ⁠Assisting and supporting the CEO in various projects
•⁠  ⁠Strategic planning and organisation of teams
•⁠  ⁠Contribution to decision-making
•⁠  ⁠Leading projects and departments
•⁠  ⁠Corporate communications and problem-solving
•⁠  ⁠Managing our Project Management tool

Please Note: The internship will be entirely in English
