Qualifications Required

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (or recent graduate) in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong passion for languages, translation, and cultural diversity, with an eagerness to learn and grow in the language services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian and a third language.
• Proficiency in translation tools and software (e.g., CAT tools, terminology management systems) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
• Demonstrated intercultural competence and a high level of professionalism.
