Overview:

As a Channel Evolution CVM Strategy Trainee, you will play a support role within the Customer Value Management team at Sisal Italy, working as part of the Channel Evolution Team.

What you’ll do:

• Support prioritizing activities based on business value, user impact and technical feasibility, by conducting business impact analysis

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends

• Monitor key metrics and behavioral data to evaluate channel/feature performances

• Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation on all Sisal touchpoints

• You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with colleagues from different countries and sharing best practices.

What you’ll bring:

• A recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, Data Analysis, Digital Management, or related fields.

• Interested in product development, user experience, and data-driven decision making.

• Curious and analytical, with the ability to interpret basic performance metrics.

• A strong communicator and a proactive team player.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Fluent in Italian and English.

• Passionate about digital products, innovation, and ideally the gaming/entertainment industry.
