This is a hands-on role combining multimedia support, channel management, and operational execution, offering exposure to end-to-end content production\u2014from briefing and creation to publishing and amplification.\n\nThe intern will work closely with the Content Hub team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced corporate communications environment.\n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\n\n\u00b7 Support the creation, adaptation, and optimisation of content across formats, helping the Content Hub deliver high\u2011quality, on\u2011brand assets that can be reused and amplified across channels\n\n\u00b7 Assist with visuals and formatting updates to ensure content is consistent, compliant, and aligned with brand standards\n\n\u00b7 Help maintain Content Hub platforms and channels, supporting accurate organisation, discoverability, and long\u2011term reuse of content\n\n\u00b7 Support the publishing and quality review of content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a strong employee experience\n\n\u00b7 Contribute to the preparation and execution of newsletters and campaigns, supporting efficient delivery and consistent storytelling\n\n\u00b7 Bring fresh ideas to improve the look, feel, and usability of Content Hub channels and touchpoints\n\n\u00b7 Participate in project discussions and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth workflows and delivery\n\nWhat Are We Looking For In You?\n\n\u00b7 Currently studying Communications, Media, Digital Content, Marketing, or a related field\n\n\u00b7 Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems\n\n\u00b7 Genuine interest in multimedia, internal communications, and corporate storytelling\n\n\u00b7 Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand and quality standards\n\n\u00b7 Well organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks in parallel\n\n\u00b7 Basic familiarity with video or design tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva) is a plus, but not required\n\nWhat We Can Offer To You:\n\n\u00b7 Paid internship + lunch allowance.\n\n\u00b7 Working in an international environment.\n\n\u00b7 Attractive benefits package.\n\n\u00b7 Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture.\n\n\u00b7 Possibility to make an impact.\n\n\u00b7 Fast growing and innovative environment.\n\n\u00b7 A team-oriented company culture.\n\n\u00b7 International opportunities.\n\nLocation: in our offices in Milan, on a hybrid working schedule.\n\nStart date: May 2026\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
