The resource will have the opportunity to support the team in activities related to the control and improvement of machining processes of common rail HP pump CP3. The intern will be involved in monitoring activities, data analysis, document management, and support during Machine release, Machine capability studies, CP and P-FMEA update gaining practical skills and a concrete understanding of quality management dynamics in an industrial environment.

In particular, the resource will be responsible for:

• Plan  shipment and installation of machines from other Bosch Plants to Bari Plant
• Plan with machine supplier activities of installation on site and documents adaptation
• Plan machine release  supported by quality technical and safety department
• Support for edit and update of Control Plan and P-FMEA of re-manufacturing process CP3 Housing

🎯 Education: You are pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field. (Master Degree candidate preferred)

💻 Experience and know-how: You are proficient with the main IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel.

🗺️ Languages: You have a good command of English (minimum B2 level) and are fluent in Italian.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏼 Soft Skills: You are detail-oriented and results-driven. You have strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills, and you are able to collaborate effectively at all levels. You are an excellent team player.
